Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order, provided that the product is returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition, and unused. If the product is returned damaged, incomplete, or without its original packaging, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or to issue a partial refund.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except if the product is defective or if the return is due to our mistake. In such cases, the return costs will be covered by WEMBI. To initiate a return, please contact us at: contact@wembi.com. Once the product has been returned and inspected, you will be informed of the acceptance or refusal of your refund request. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 10 days after receiving the returned product.

In accordance with the Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), customers residing in Spain have a legal period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without justification.
